local dishes helpful staff fresh fruit
the breakfast had good variety i saw fresh fruit and local dishes i found the staff to be very helpful they arranged a taxi for me quickly i noticed the room was cleaned daily it felt very fresh and tidy
the street outside could be a little noisy at times

the rooms were clean, and i found all necessary amenities present. the breakfast was good, i thought. i found the hotel offer excellent value. i appreciated the respectful staff, they were par excellence.
the hotel lack a smoother airport pickup coordination. i experienced some hassle.

i found the airport pickup coordination to be a bit disorganized.. it took a little longer than expected, and the initial communication was unclear. i think better planning could improve this service. it felt a little stressful after a long flight.

I really liked the professional staff. The location was good. My room had good conditions for the money I paid. EVERYTHING worked well.
The airport pickup gave me some trouble. I felt the coordination could have been better. The family room did not have any natural daylight. It felt a bit claustrophobic. This is a problem for longer stays.

friendly staff clean room varied breakfast unorganized pickup poor view street noise
the staffs are friendly and very helpful to us. the rooms were clean and big, i liked that a lot. breakfast had many choices and they changed it a bit every day.
the airport pick up was not so smooth, it could be better organized. our room view was not good, it faces a wall, i wish there was a window at least. the street noise was so much, it made it hard to sleep sometimes.
