the staff was nice at breakfast, including some decent barista coffee..
i found the airport pickup coordination to be a bit disorganized.. it took a little longer than expected, and the initial communication was unclear. i think better planning could improve this service. it felt a little stressful after a long flight.

I really liked the professional staff. The location was good. My room had good conditions for the money I paid. EVERYTHING worked well.
The airport pickup gave me some trouble. I felt the coordination could have been better. The family room did not have any natural daylight. It felt a bit claustrophobic. This is a problem for longer stays.

the staffs are friendly and very helpful to us. the rooms were clean and big, i liked that a lot. breakfast had many choices and they changed it a bit every day.
the airport pick up was not so smooth, it could be better organized. our room view was not good, it faces a wall, i wish there was a window at least. the street noise was so much, it made it hard to sleep sometimes.
